Kornati kayaking and cycling day trip
Kornati islands

Spend 6 days in complete balance with nature.

Core of your activities will be various aspects of yoga practice. Yoga itinerary is complemented by light multi sport activities that enable you to explore the nature of our stunning 3 island archipelago.

Learn or advance your yoga practice through deep stretches of Ashtanga, warming flow of Vinyasa and restorative and relaxing Yin Zoga. This includes Pranayamas (breathing exercises) and informal short introduction to Yoga philosophy. The level is suitable for keen beginners and intermediate yogis. Our teaching style is precise but relaxed and expect to get plenty of alignment to keep you on track.

Get exposed to basics of sea kayaking and explore hidden nautical sites of the archipelago: shipwreck, beaches, cliffs, coves and reefs. Cycle to nearby fisherman villages, secluded beaches, archeological sites or hike to the hilltops for some stunning views of the area.
Intensity of both yoga and multi sport element of this trip can be adjusted to fit your interest or level (yoga and sports), making this trip ideal for seasoned adventurers wanting to learn basics of yoga, or intermediate yogis wanting to investigate the Mediterranean islands and try different adventure activities.

What are yoga classes like?
Our morning yoga sessions will focus on Ashtanga sequence or flowing Vinyasa to stretch muscles and open joints whilst synchronising our breath with movement (asanas) – that way our practice becomes moving meditation. Evening classes are restorative where we will hold postures a little longer using the longer breath to move deeper so that we relax our body completely from our daily activities. Our Pranayama’s and meditation are optional (and included in the trip) and will help us to re-connect with our inner peace.

We’ve all come to yoga with different bodies and different abilities and so what’s more important to us is that you pay attention to how the yoga ‘feels’ for your body regardless of whether you manage to achieve the final stage of the posture. Be patient, keep practicing and your body will align and open up.

Malik Adventures

A yoga class by the sea! You just have to experience the sound of waves, clean air, intoxicating fragrances of island plants while listening to the soothing voice of our yoga teacher Ivana. Namaste!

We saw, tried, tasted and felt so much awesomeness on and around island Molat that writing words about it seems pale as we were before coming here. ;) Highly recommended, it is great opportunity to see Croatian coast in a truly unique way. Thank you, Malik!
